Simple Solutions Technology LLC (SST) is seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our growing facility maintenance team. We provide a variety of commercial and industrial maintenance services. Our technicians work on different projects and assignments, gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing new skills. No specialized maintenance experience is required. We provide paid training for qualified candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. - Perform general facility maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep.
- Assist with various commercial and industrial maintenance assignments.
- Safely operate tools and equipment after receiving proper training.
- Use ladders and mobile scaffolding when required.
- Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Learn additional maintenance skills and services as opportunities become available.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English for workplace communication and safety instructions.
- Must be physically capable of performing maintenance duties, including climbing ladders and mobile scaffolding when required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform physically active work during scheduled shifts.
- Must successfully complete a job-related background check, consistent with applicable law.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Must follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and respect toward coworkers and clients.
Compensation & Opportunities
