Warehouse 2nd Shift Position

Description

We are looking for light industrial Warehouse Workers to join us for our peak season. Great performance will be considered for off-peak roles. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shift and Pay Information:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5 PM - 3:30 AM
• $18/Hour Base Pay
• $3/Hour Peak Incentive Pay
• +$1 for perfect attendance over the Black Friday weekend
• +$1 for performing above expected UPH rate over the Black Friday weekend
• Associates can earn up to $23/Hour with all incentive pay

*WAREHOUSE IS ON THE BUS LINE, BUT THE DROP-OFF IS 1.3 MILES AWAY FROM THE SITE IF NEEDED

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, EPJ if certified)
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
• Stand, bend, lift, twist, and move throughout the duration of 8-10 hour shifts
• Lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and surroundings

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
