Silverspot Cinema is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee kitchen operations, support team development, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience!

🎬 What You'll Do:

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in leading daily kitchen operations and running shifts
• Supervise, coach, and support Line Cooks and Dishwashers
• Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving deliveries, and waste tracking
• Help maintain labor and food cost controls
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Support training initiatives and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of culinary management experience or equivalent leadership experience
• 2+ years of experience as a professional cook in a full-service restaurant
• High School Diploma required; culinary degree or certification preferred
• Food Protection Manager Certification from a nationally recognized organization
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, and kitchen operations
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
