Love serving guests, but tired of late nights and unpredictable shifts? At Summit Place, you’ll use the service skills you’ve built in restaurants, hotels, or catering in a dining room where you get to know your guests by name. Our residents are your regulars, and you’ll be done by 7:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive, polished table service during evening meals
• Learn residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines, and anticipate what they need before they ask
• Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service timely and accurate
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience that residents look forward to
• Help mentor newer team members

What We’re Looking For

• Serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering, or similar setting (1+ year preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence during busy service
• Patience and genuine care for older adults
• Availability year-round for a weekday and weekend block schedule
• Must be 16 or older
