Are you interested in starting or growing your career in the HVAC industry? Dave’s World is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to work alongside experienced Lead Installers, learn the trade, and help deliver quality heating and cooling solutions to our customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic to develop hands-on HVAC installation skills while building a foundation for long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with installing HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications.

• Help fabricate and install ductwork and duct fittings as needed.

• Receive, verify, organize, and load equipment and materials for each job.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assigned company vehicle.

• Complete required job paperwork accurately and on time.

• Work collaboratively with teammates and follow direction from Lead Installers.

• Deliver professional, courteous service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Follow established safety procedures and support quality installation practices.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning the HVAC trade.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems or a willingness to learn.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing job needs.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

• Own hand and power tools.

Highly Preferred:

• EPA Section 608 certification.

• HVAC education, technical training, or completion of an HVAC program.

• Previous HVAC installation experience.
