What You’ll Actually Do

• Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners (no jargon)
• Identify system issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Create Tech-Generated Leads (TGLs) for upgrade opportunities
• Work closely with dispatch and internal teams
• Represent Sierra with professionalism on every call
