  • Translate production objectives into daily and weekly plans for staffing, labor hours, equipment availability, material readiness, training, and support resources; coordinate priorities and handoffs across first, second, and third shifts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors; establish clear expectations, strengthen accountability and leadership capability, and support an inclusive, respectful, and engaged team culture.
  • Own performance for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, labor efficiency, scrap, overall equipment effectiveness, inventory, training, and employee engagement; use structured daily management and timely escalation to address risks.
  • Partner with EHS, Quality, Materials, Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Learning & Development, Finance, and other functions to define problems, remove barriers, and resolve operational issues.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing, 6S, standard work, visual management, root-cause analysis, corrective action, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement across custom, engineer-to-order operations.
  • Manage labor, overtime, staffing, operating expenses, capacity, and productivity within approved priorities, while supporting audits, customer requirements, new-product introductions, equipment installation, process validation, and production ramp-up.

You'll Win us over by Having the Following Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related manufacturing leadership experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years leading supervisors, production teams, or comparable frontline manufacturing organizations, with the following:
  • Managing daily production operations and delivering measurable results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, labor efficiency, scrap, equipment effectiveness, inventory, training, and employee engagement.
  • Translating business priorities into production, staffing, labor-hour, capacity, and resource plans; communicating expectations across shifts and organizational levels.
  • Leading supervisors and frontline teams through performance management, accountability, issue resolution, succession planning, and organizational change.
  • Using structured daily management, visual performance systems, tiered accountability, shift handoffs, problem escalation, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
  • Managing labor, overtime, staffing, operating expenses, and productivity within approved budgets, and using Microsoft Office plus SAP or another ERP/MRP system for operational reporting and decisions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Roebuck, South Carolina, and support assigned shifts, including second or third shift, as applicable. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, schedule changes, and cross-shift support is required based on business needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
