We are looking for an Agile Coach. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners, GA and follows a hybrid work model.

  • Portfolio and Backlog Management – Helping teams set up prioritized backlogs with clear outcomes, owners, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and milestones aligned to portfolio priorities.
  • Cross-Team Alignment & Dependency Management – Facilitating alignment across functions and with IT on shared priorities, capacity, and delivery timelines, and identifying and resolving cross-team, cross-functional, and business–IT dependencies.
  • Knowledge Work Patterns – Translating agile concepts into practical, repeatable patterns for software and non-software teams.
  • Measurement and Continuous Improvement – Tracking flow and outcome metrics, keeping risks, issues, and decisions transparent, and reporting adoption progress and value.
