As a Digitalization Specialist – Process & Automation, you connect internal customers in Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain with developers, solution architects, and process experts across the US and globally. From your first process workshop to go-live, you translate business needs into clear requirements, keep delivery on track, and help users embrace new ways of working. In a team that values open communication and curiosity, you turn improvement ideas into measurable results.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner with internal customers to analyze and map business processes, facilitate workshops, and uncover opportunities to simplify work and improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate automation opportunities and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions using robotic process automation (RPA), low-code platforms, AI and workflow tools.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, creating a shared understanding between internal customers and developers.
  • Coordinate stakeholders from kickoff to go-live, manage priorities and dependencies, track progress, and escalate risks early to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Support testing and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet business expectations, and enable adoption through practical training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Measure the business impact of delivered automations and work with users and the development team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Several years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or digitalization projects, with a structured, proactive approach and ownership of delivery deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath, Mendix, or Power Automate; hands-on experience with these or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience with process modeling methods and tools such as BPMN, Signavio, or Visio, and familiarity with agile ways of working and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical perspectives and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating in international teams and across functions; German language skills are a plus.
