Digitalization Project Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this ProjectManagement role, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for thesuccessful planning and execution of our site Digitalization roadmap.

You will oversee variousproject workstreams, engage with internal and external partners, to ensure ourgoals and objectives are achieved, while minimizing potential risks.

On a weekly basis youwill provide a project status that will be shared with Management regardingongoing progress.

How You’ll Make anImpact

• Direct and manageproject execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to the projectplan.
• Lead and coordinate thework of project team members, including internal staff and external vendors, toensure a cohesive effort.
• Serve as the primarypoint of communication for all stakeholders, providing regular status updates,and facilitating project meetings.
• Define the projectscope, objectives, and deliverables for the Orion digitalization initiative incollaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensiveproject plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines,resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Establish clear successcriteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes.
• Monitor and report onproject progress, risk cost, and timing, comparing actual performance againstthe planned baseline.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years working in a Logistics Center orsimilar high volume environment
• Strong communication & decision making skills
• ProjectManagement certification a plus
• Knowledge of SAP systems preferred
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment inthe United States without need for current or future employer-sponsoredwork authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorshipmay be eligible for internal transfers.
