Senior/Shift Lead - Mobile Vet ShotVet is seeking a detail-driven Senior Lead to support field operations, team accountability, and regional coordination for our mobile clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Complete weekend recaps, drive/marketing sheets, and update weekly metrics
- Monitor cash discrepancies and petty cash
- Assign team members to database and support rental pick-ups
- Book doctor shifts, manage travel arrangements, and process supply orders
- Handle credit card authorizations and related administrative tasks
Compensation: Hourly Rate Schedule: Friday - Tuesday (Weds & Thursdays OFF) ~36 hours per week
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing required
- Minimum one (1) year of leadership or operations experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
