Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Sharetec is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Digital team! When credit union members check a balance, pay a bill, or apply for a loan from their phone, they’re counting on software that works. You’ll build those web and mobile experiences from database to UI and help shape a new Digital API layer, alongside teammates who share ideas freely, review each other’s code, and help each other grow. Remote (U.S., excluding California) | Full-time, exempt | $120,000 – $150,000, plus bonus eligibility

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain web and mobile features using React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, and C#/ASP.NET Core
• Collaborate on scalable system design and the architecture of our Digital API layer
• Modernize existing production software with an emphasis on reliability, maintainability, and testing
• Take part in code reviews, pairing, and documentation, and help onboard new teammates
• Work with product, QA, and engineering partners to deliver and improve member-facing features

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack ownership
• Strong React and TypeScript skills
• Experience shipping mobile apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play
• Backend experience with C#, Go, TypeScript/Node.js, PHP, or a comparable technology, and a willingness to work in C#/ASP.NET Core
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, including authentication and versioning, backed by relational databases
• Comfort collaborating on a fully remote team

Nice to Have

• Hands-on React Native experience
• Next.js, Docker, and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or MUI
• Mobile release automation, CI/CD, or app store submission workflows
• Experience modernizing existing systems or designing APIs for multi-tenant platforms
• Experience in fintech or banking (credit union experience is a big plus)
