Program Overview

Our student engineering program offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns and co-ops gain exposure to real-world projects, technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration - building a strong foundation for future careers.

Manufacturing Engineering Interns

• Design tools and fixtures using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Support continuous improvement and production troubleshooting
• Create and revise operator instructions
• Assist with asset management, safety audits, and plant layout planning

Additional Responsibilities

• Apply engineering calculations to real-world problems
• Manage cross-functional projects
• Create technical documentation and present findings
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field from an accredited program
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working independently and in collaborative teams
