  • Maintain admissions and enrollment data, prepare reports, and support applicant assessments
  • Coordinate logistics for campus tours, student visits, and admissions events, including registration, materials, scheduling, and hospitality for events that occur during school days, as well as some evenings and weekends
  • Support the fifth-grade student ambassadors, new-family buddy program, and onboarding activities

Junior School Administration & Operations

  • Support school events, administrative projects, and routine requests from faculty, staff, students, and families
  • Coordinate purchasing, order approvals, budget allocations, and expense reporting using school financial and administrative systems
  • Manage school supply orders and related administrative requirements, as well as other assigned duties, such as recess, lunch, and any other responsibilities deemed necessary by the Head of Junior School or Director of Junior School Admissions

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and office technology; experience with Veracross or similar systems is a plus.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, adaptability, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and learn new processes quickly.
