SERVPRO of Boise is the leading restoration and reconstruction company in the Boise Metro area. When homes and businesses are hit by water, fire, or mold damage, our construction division rebuilds them, from residential repairs to larger commercial projects. We're growing, and we're looking for a dependable, people-oriented person to join our team and grow with us.

The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Boise, you'll work directly under one of our Project Managers and help keep jobs moving from start to finish. This is a hands-on position, mostly in the field with some office time. For the right person, it's a clear path to becoming a full Project Manager.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep jobs on schedule
• Source materials and manage deliveries to job sites
• Monitor quality control and make sure work meets SERVPRO of Boise standards
• Visit job sites regularly to track progress and flag issues early
• Communicate with property owners and keep them updated on their projects
• Support your Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and job closeout

What We're Looking For

• Strong people skills: you're comfortable talking with contractors, vendors, and customers
• Organized and reliable, able to juggle multiple jobs at once
• Construction or restoration experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to climb ladders, access crawlspaces and attics, and lift materials as needed
