As Project Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with our Project Managers and act as the main point of contact for customers - clarifying requirements, managing project details, and keeping everything moving. You’ll also help organize the workload and support the broader team. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong on customer service? This is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• Xactimate Estimating Experience is Preferred
• Mitigation/Insurance Industry Experience is Preferred
• Construction Industry Experience is Preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Suite Experience is Preferred
• Advanced Structure Industry Experience is Preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• At least 2 year of office-related experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
