Ensure data platforms and pipelines meet defined service levels for availability, data quality, freshness, throughput, recoverability, and incident response.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, lineage, and operational instrumentation to provide end-to-end visibility into platform health and data flow.
Partner with architecture, analytics, application, security, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into sustainable data platform solutions.
Support enterprise data governance by implementing appropriate access controls, encryption, retention, auditability, metadata, lineage, and data quality controls.
Lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis for data platform and database issues, and ensure corrective actions reduce recurring failures.
