Project Manager
Commercial Construction
Service Specialists is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction organization and work on a project in Apollo Beach, Florida. This role will oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning through project completion, while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily operations. It's a great opportunity for a driven construction professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering successful projects.
In This Role
• Oversee daily construction operations, project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead field teams, subcontractors, and project coordination meetings.
• Manage project planning, procurement, and execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, quality control, safety, and contract compliance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong background in managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Experience with contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in Procore, scheduling software, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
