We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team full-time. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and opening new patient cases within assisted living facilities in Long Island, NY. New graduates are welcome to apply! We offer comprehensive 1:1 paid training with a supervising nurse to ensure your success in the field.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN license
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive
• COVID-19 vaccination required (or acceptable exemption)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
• Proficient with computers; EMR and Pointcare experience a plus
• Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required
