Welder

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding (SAW) on hydraulic cylinders, metal components, and heavy-duty industrial equipment. Fabricate and weld precision parts according to blueprints and manufacturing specifications. Job Duties Perform MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding on hydraulic components. Weld and fabricate hydraulic cylinders, steel tubing, and metal assemblies. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications. Prepare, position, align, and fit metal components before welding. Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools. Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and defects. Assist with hydraulic equipment fabrication and assembly. Maintain welding equipment and follow workplace safety procedures. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous MIG or TIG welding experience preferred. Experience with submerged arc welding beneficial. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of precision welding, metal fitting, and fabrication. Strong attention to weld quality and dimensional accuracy. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work with heavy metal components.
