Maintenance Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and gas-powered equipment issues. Repair and maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, chains, bearings, rollers, and drive systems. Maintain forklifts, front-end loaders, skid steers, quarry equipment, saws, CNC equipment, stone-splitting equipment, and fabrication machinery. Assist with maintenance of water-treatment and recycling systems. Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed. Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and repair documentation. Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
