Maintenance

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on conventional CNC machining centers, including HAAS mills, and Swiss-style CNC machines, including Star equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency. Maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure reliable operation and consistent production quality. Develop, perform, and document preventative maintenance activities using the ProShop ERP system. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment as needed. Perform general plumbing repairs and maintenance throughout the facility. Complete mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, and component replacements as required. Inspect machinery and facility equipment to identify potential issues and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
