Lumber Worker

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Stack, sort, and band lumber and wood products. Assist with feeding lumber into sawmill or production equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure product meets company specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Load/unload materials, including lumber bundles and pallet stock. Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE. Assist operators and other team members as directed. Support kiln-drying and heat-treat processes as needed. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on feet for long periods. Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments all seasons and around heavy machinery. Ability to read tape measure and calipers. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
