General Laborer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assist with daily cheese production, processing, and packaging operations. Move, lift, sort, and handle cheese products, ingredients, and production materials throughout the facility. Assist with transferring cheese curds and finished products between production stages. Load, unload, stack, and organize products, containers, and materials as needed. Operate production and packaging equipment according to established procedures and supervisor instructions. Clean and sanitize production machinery, tools, and work areas using approved cleaning procedures. Follow food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and HACCP guidelines to maintain product quality and prevent contamination. Inspect products for quality, consistency, and packaging defects. Complete production paperwork, maintain accurate records, and assist with product sampling as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the production shift. Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist machine operators and production team members with daily tasks to maintain efficient workflow and meet production goals. Perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting materials weighing up to 60 pounds as required. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum qualifications: Willing and able to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodation. Willing and able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors. 0-1 years in a manufacturing position.
