Extrusion Setup Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Set up, adjust, and maintain extrusion equipment to ensure smooth production. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary machine adjustments. Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency. Complete material changes, equipment changeovers, and setup adjustments. Work with production teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently. Follow established safety procedures and quality standards. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous hands-on experience with plastics extrusion setup is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to make equipment adjustments and resolve production issues. Previous manufacturing experience.
