JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assemble, ship, and/or package product to daily demand requirements. Must be quality conscious and take responsibility for own quality of product. Maintain accurate and legible records. Ensures and follows safety requirements and standards. Ability to keep the work area clean and orderly. Perform in-process inspections of products. Performs all duties in a manner that follows, demonstrates, and promotes company values. Report to work as scheduled, on time, and able to work entire work schedule. Perform additional duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Skill and ability to pay attention to detail with a focus on quality. Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Ability to observe and identify details. Ability to work extended hours as scheduled, including weekends. Physical Demands Must be able to lift and handle wheelchairs and related accessories. Continuous wrist manipulation, walking, and standing.
