General Manager
Ultimate Longevity CENTER - PROSPER | PROSPER, TX (Preston Rd & Frontier Pkwy)
Lead sales, operations, team development, and client experience for a new center within a fast-growing, premium wellness and longevity brand.
We’re looking for a purpose-driven founding General Manager who cares about helping people feel better, perform at a higher level, and invest in their long-term health. You will lead membership growth and the center’s overall business performance, and make sure clients get a premium wellness experience every time they visit. The center will serve Celina, Prosper, and the surrounding Collin and Denton County communities.
About Ultimate Longevity Center
Ultimate Longevity Center (ULC) is a premium health-optimization brand developed in collaboration with longevity expert Gary Brecka (“The Ultimate Human”). Each center combines advanced diagnostics and clinician-guided programs delivered by an affiliated licensed medical provider (The Lab); recovery and performance therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen, red-light therapy, infrared sauna, and cold therapy (The Playground); and curated wellness products (The Apothecary), all delivered with a luxury-hospitality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow center revenue and membership through consultative, goal-focused selling
- Lead client onboarding and guide members toward their wellness and longevity goals
- Run local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Longevity Advisors that is strong in both sales and service
- Oversee daily operations and keep the center running smoothly
- Partner with the clinical team from our affiliated medical provider, who independently deliver all medical services (this is a non-clinical role)
- Own the center’s numbers: track KPIs and report weekly to ownership on sales, retention, labor, and expenses
- Give clients a personalized, results-focused experience that keeps them coming back and earns referrals
Presale & Center Opening
As the founding General Manager, you will join before the center is built and lead the presale and opening phase. Digital lead generation begins in December 2026, founding memberships are sold during the build-out, and the center is scheduled to open in spring 2027. You will:
- Build the founding membership community and hit monthly presale membership targets
- Plan and run presale events, local marketing, and community outreach across Celina and Prosper
- Host grassroots events with local businesses, schools, gyms, and community groups to build awareness and founding memberships
- Recruit, hire, and train the opening team
- Coordinate with the franchisor’s onboarding team and the center build-out timeline
- Complete ULC’s General Manager training program (virtual) in your first weeks
- Set up center systems before opening, including the CRM and payment platform, pricing, and scheduling
What Success Looks Like
- Strong membership growth from consistent sales
- High client retention and a profitable center
- An engaged, knowledgeable team that is confident selling and delivering our wellness services
- A premium, personalized experience, delivered consistently
- A center that runs efficiently and makes a meaningful difference in the community
How Performance Is Measured
You will be accountable for hitting KPIs, driving membership growth, and cultivating a culture of excellence. During presale, the focus is founding memberships sold; after opening, your bonus is tied to KPIs, including:
- New memberships sold per month
- Membership retention and attrition
- Center revenue and profitability to budget
- Sales conversion rate
- Client reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in a membership-based or premium service business (wellness, fitness, med spa, or hospitality preferred)
- Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership
- A track record selling premium memberships or packages (e.g., $300+ per month); presale or new-location opening experience strongly preferred
- A knack for connecting with people and building lasting relationships
- Organized, accountable, and focused on results, with a strong sense of ownership
- Familiarity with performance and longevity principles is a plus
- Experience with membership CRM/POS platforms (e.g., Mindbody, ClubReady, ABC Fitness, or Zenoti) and AI tools for scheduling, marketing, or reporting is a plus
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you think like an owner, spot opportunities, and take initiative to build something lasting. You are comfortable running the center with a high degree of autonomy.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check
Key Traits
- A sales-minded leader who consistently grows revenue and memberships
- Growth-minded, with a genuine interest in wellness, biohacking, and longevity
- A confident communicator who builds relationships and community
- Competitive and driven, motivated to exceed goals, and quick to act
Schedule
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role. Expect to work as many as 50 hours per week, and weekend shifts are needed at least twice per month. Additional flexibility is needed around presale events and the center opening. Target start date: as soon as possible, ideally early December 2026. Until the center opens, most work happens in the community and from a temporary workspace.
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus presale commissions and founding-member milestone bonuses before opening and a KPI-based performance bonus after opening.
- Complimentary or discounted services.
- A path to multi-center leadership as our Frisco center opens in 2028
Why Join Us
Join a growing brand focused on long-term health, performance, and longevity. The work is both results-driven and purpose-driven, and you will make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.
This is a chance to help build a business from the ground floor and grow with it. We’re building for the long term, and for the right person, this is more than a GM role. We are locally owned and operated and the center is scheduled to open in spring 2027.
Each Ultimate Longevity Center is independently owned and operated by a licensed franchisee. This position is with BIIRI, LLC, which is solely responsible for all hiring and employment decisions. Ultimate Longevity Franchisor, LLC is not the employer.
BIIRI, LLC is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
