Your Role at Sephora:

As a Warehouse Associate, it is to safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put away, and ship products per established production rates using specified processes and procedures. Associates will be cross-trained to work in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business and operational needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Move with Purpose: Accurately receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, replenish, put away, and ship Sephora products while following established processes and production standards.
• Champion Safety: Follow company, state, and OSHA safety guidelines, wear required protective equipment, and speak up when something doesn’t look right.
• Protect What Matters: Help safeguard our products and people by following Loss Prevention policies and maintaining proper work attire.
• Show Up, Shine & Stay Flexible: Maintain reliable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed to support business and operational needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Systems & Accuracy: Use WMS or similar systems, RF scanners, and basic math skills to accurately receive, track, pick, and replenish inventory.
• Learning & Flexibility: Learn warehouse layouts and workflows and cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping as needed.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work effectively with others and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Performance & Reliability: Meet performance and attendance expectations while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Positive & Professional: Bring a can-do attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for learning and growth on the job.

Where and How:

• Location. This role requires on-site work at Las Vegas Distribution Center.
• Availability. This role may require availability including evenings or weekends.
• Physical Requirements. Able to stand, walk, sit, squat, and lift throughout the shift, including safely lifting to 50 lbs. consistently.

What You’ll Get:

The target hourly pay for this position is $19.50 - $19.50. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including starting wages competitive to the market for similar roles; relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
