Overview:

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task.

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as Government's point of contact
• Provides technical supervision and guidance
• Manages contractual responsibilities
• Oversees deliverables
• Coordinates with COR for staffing
• Manages TO performance including subcontracts
• Interfaces monthly with Government PM
• Manages scope, budget, and schedule
• Develops Program Management Plan (PMP)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Price/cost development methodology
• Organizational structure management

Job Description:

• Analyzes new and complex project problems
• Creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology
• Performs day-to-day management of multiple tasks/locations
• Assumes full responsibility for project results
• Mediates between stakeholders and team members
• Resolves issues and solves problems throughout life cycle
• Leads, coaches, and motivates team members
• Makes decisions based on business needs
• Plans and leads major technology assignments
• Functions as technical expert across multiple projects
• Supervises others
• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance
