Client Analyst I

8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday

Job Qualifications:

• Associate's or 2 years’ experience
• You must have the ability to communicate and interact with different levels of management, with Information Technology (IT) personnel, and with all departmental clients
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interaction. On call is required on a rotating basis for allClient Support or DataCenter issues that can’t be handled otherwise
• May be required to work evenings and weekends as the workload demands
