Site Manager Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $23.85 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday (Schedule TBD) Join Our Team We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a dynamic corporate environment in Dallas, TX. This leadership position is ideal for an individual with security experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage operations while maintaining a safe and professional atmosphere. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who is comfortable using technology, conducting extensive walking patrols, and ensuring all site procedures and security protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site security operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
- Supervise and support security personnel, providing direction and guidance as needed.
- Conduct routine walking patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas.
- Monitor security systems, incident reporting platforms, and other technology-based tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, logs, and operational records.
- Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site leadership and security staff.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions when necessary.
- Identify operational concerns and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous security experience required.
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize security software, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
- Capable of conducting frequent foot patrols indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to navigate stairs and large facilities when required.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions as operational needs dictate.
