Part-Time Security Shift Supervisor

Pay: $20.21/hour Location: Hopkinton, MA Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM - 16 hours/week Securitas is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to support a professional corporate environment in Hopkinton, MA. This position combines hands-on security responsibilities with on-shift leadership and is a great fit for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable taking responsibility for security operations during the overnight shift. What You'll Do

• Provide on-shift leadership and support to Security Officers
• Help ensure post orders, site procedures, and security protocols are followed
• Monitor and control access to the facility
• Conduct scheduled interior and exterior security patrols
• Assist employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors as needed
• Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, and security concerns
• Complete and review accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Communicate important incidents, concerns, and shift information to site leadership
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Strong reliability, professionalism, and leadership skills
• Previous security, supervisory, or leadership experience is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm during incidents
• Ability to work independently and provide direction to others when needed
• Comfortable using computers and electronic reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout an overnight shift
