Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Seats Incorporated is currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to staff our onsite medical clinic in Spring Hill, KS. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services in order to interact effectively with Seats employees and family members.

The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for supporting both the front and back ends, including:

• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones
• Greeting and rooming patients
• Managing patient flow
• Obtaining / recording basic vitals
• Assisting with stocking inventory
• Managing medical supplies
• Performing basic laboratory tests (e.g. urinalysis)
• Cleaning patient rooms
• Providing additional clinical support as needed
• Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the company’s wellness staff at other locations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• CNA certification in the state of Kansas
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, as needed, to support staffing and operational needs
• A desire to work in an environment where health education and outreach is important to you and challenges you to make a difference is essential
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French communication is not required but would be beneficial
