Records Management

  • Locate and update contact information for key constituents, including alumni, postdocs, and other prospects.
  • Partner with the Manager of DIS on data clean-up projects, lists and mailings, and record maintenance (including deceased records), keeping records consistent with DIS data standards.
  • Assist with periodic data audits, help document procedures and identify process improvements.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Support quality assurance reports and KPI distribution.
  • Provide basic Power BI dashboard support, answer staff how-to questions, and send BI notification emails (e.g., data delay notices).
