SciTec is seeking a Quality Assurance / Test Lead for large software system providing value for an emergent missile defense need.
Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of system integration and verification activities Develop and refine test strategies, plans, and methodologies aligned with program objectives Execute and support system-level test events, including integration, functional, and performance testing Identify verification gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive resolution Analyze system performance against requirements and document test results Collaborate with software, systems, infrastructure, and program teams to ensure integrated system readiness Support coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to align integration and test activities Provide recommendations to improve verification rigor, efficiency, and consistency Support preparation for internal and external reviews, assessments, and demonstrations Contribute to continuous improvement of integration and test processes across programs Derive metrics and acceptance criteria for system-level and acceptance-level testing from program requirements Perform other duties as assigned SciTec offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including: 4% Safe Harbor 401(k) match 100% company paid HSA Medical insurance, with a choice of 2 buy-up options 80% company paid Dental insurance 100% company paid Vision insurance 100% company paid Life insurance 100% company paid Long-term Disability insurance 100% company paid Hospital Indemnity insurance Voluntary Accident and Critical Illness insurance Short-term Disability insurance Annual Profit-Sharing Plan Discretionary Performance Bonus Paid Parental Leave Generous Paid Time Off, including Holiday, Vacation, and Sick Pay Flexible Work Hours The pay range for this position is $152,000 to 191,000 / year.
