Good communication skills and positive can-do attitude Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques. mechanically inclined Mechanical aptitude: A strong understanding of mechanical principles. Attention to detail: The ability to work with tight tolerances where precision is critical. Technical knowledge: The ability to read blueprints and specifications and basic knowledge of G-code programming or CAD/CAM software.
