Litigation Attorney

Our client, a full service bankruptcy, litigation and business law firm with a stellar reputation for over 25 years, is seeking an Attorney who is experienced in litigation.
Qualified candidates will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation in the areas of corporate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, construction, and/or real estate in both state and federal courts. Strong legal research/writing skills, trial experience, and stellar client service skills are required.
