Client: Dell Location: Round Rock (Austin), TX Duration: long term IV Process: 1st round live coding session (skype or in-person if local), 2nd round technical/personality based

MANAGER NOTES:

1. Solid and proven experience leading the test architecture or automation architecture of a larger enterprise environment. Someone that hasn’t managed people but more technical process and the technical aspects behind it.
2. Expert in OO concepts and C# ---I’d be willing to look at others but C#/.NET is what we’re truly looking for.
3. Selenium/Selenium Web Driver experience
4. MongoDB experience - would look at someone that wasn’t an expert here but this is what they are using on the backend.
5. Excellent communication both verbal and written
6. Large Enterprise experience
