ERP Cloud Transformation Summer Intern

Some Typical Duties and Responsibilities Include: The ERP Cloud Transformation Program Intern will support the ERP Transformation Program team during the early stages of the organization's SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation. The intern will assist with program coordination, organizational change management activities, stakeholder communications, documentation, and project management support. Key Responsibilities Include: Support ERP program planning, coordination, and execution activities for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. Assist with tracking project milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, dashboards, and presentations. Support organizational change management and communication efforts, including stakeholder engagement activities and awareness campaigns. Assist with maintaining Project Horizon Sharepoint program resources and communications. Participate in meetings and workshops by preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions. Assist with development of executive communications, newsletters, FAQs, and other project communications. Support data collection, analysis, and research activities that inform project planning and decision-making. Assisting with other ERP program support activities as assigned. Required Qualifications Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. Must be a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university, or within one year after finishing a degree program. Must have completed freshman year of college. Must successfully complete Savannah River Site General Employee Training and substance abuse processing. We'd Also Like to See Prefer interns with the following majors: Business Administration Management Information Systems (MIS) Information Systems Organizational Change Management Project Management Communications or Strategic Communications Security Clearance Information SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance.
