Due to growth, we're looking to add a Superintendent to our team! In this role you will be accountable for full-site execution on complex, high-visibility, or multi-phase projects. This role drives all aspects of field performance - including schedule planning, subcontractor accountability, manpower coordination, safety enforcement, and quality control - while mentoring and developing the next layer of site leaders. You will partner with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure field delivery aligns with contract commitments, operational standards, and company values. This role leads through change, solves high-stakes field challenges, and represents the organization with calm, confident leadership from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Comply with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS, weekly unit reports, weekly updates to the “two-week look-ahead” and monthly updates to the construction schedule
  • Plan, staff and manage self-performance activities
