Agile Program Manager

Saratoga Medical is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager (Key Personnel) for a Government consulting opportunity in Orlando, FL or Redstone Arsenal, AL. The selected professional will support an upcoming U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) proposal by contributing to proposal development, technical discussions, and presentations, along with providing expertise in enterprise-level Agile program management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of program/project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading Agile or SAFe delivery teams or portfolios.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting DoD or U.S. Army acquisition programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 50+ professionals across multiple projects and locations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, PWS, PRS, and QASP.
• Current Leading SAFe or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or DAWIA Level II or higher in Program Management, or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active security clearance recorded in DISS (minimum Secret; up to Top Secret/SCI as required).

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to participate in Government proposal preparation and presentations.
• Availability during Government business hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Travel may be required to designated U.S. and international military installations.
