- Strong hands-on quality management experience with knowledge of ISO procedures
- Experience in low-volume, high-change manufacturing/processing environments
- Ability to read and interpret customer drawings and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and equipment, including calipers, CNC equipment, CMM/3D scanning
- Customer-facing experience improving quality systems, building quality labs, and reducing customer complaints
