Compensation & Licensing

• Pay Rate: Substitute Paraprofessionals earn a standard rate of $125.00 per day, with an increased rate of up to $187 per day for long-term assignments .
• Licensure Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and an active Substitute License issued by ROE #51.
