  • Act as the executive owner of the cloud and custom application estate, presenting plans, investments, and results to the executive team and board as needed.
  • Build tower leadership depth and a durable onsite plus offshore delivery model, reducing single person dependencies and delivery overlaps across teams.

  • Own the Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing capability, Experience Cloud communities, and partner facing portals.
  • Lead B2B CRM transformation, including opportunity and pipeline management, quoting, channel and distributor enablement, customer service, and field support processes.
  • Govern CRM data quality and master data, driving account, contact, and customer hierarchy cleanup and stewardship as the foundation for a unified customer view.
  • Ensure reliable integration between CRM and the core ERP platform for customer master, pricing, orders, and billing, in partnership with the ERP and Order to Cash towers.
  • Manage Salesforce licensing, org strategy, technical debt, release management, and the balance between configuration and custom code.

Adobe Experience Cloud, Corporate Sites & Digital Commerce

  • Own the Adobe Experience Cloud estate, including content management and authoring, digital asset management, personalization, analytics, and campaign capability.
  • Lead corporate web properties and digital commerce platforms, covering content governance, site performance, accessibility, localization, and global scalability.
  • Drive checkout, payment, subscription, and omnichannel experience improvements in partnership with Consumer and Commercial business units.
  • Advance customer identity unification so that a single customer profile is consistent across commerce, support, and portal experiences.
  • Progress the portfolio toward a composable, API first commerce and content architecture that supports rapid campaign and market launches.

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  • Own the PLM application strategy covering item and part master, engineering bill of materials, document control, change management, and new product introduction workflows.
  • Ensure reliable PLM to ERP synchronization for parts, bills of material, and engineering change orders so that engineering intent flows cleanly into planning and manufacturing.
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to digitize engineering records, accelerate change cycle time, and improve product data integrity.

  • Establish an API first standard with reusable services, a managed interface catalog, published contracts, and clear ownership for every integration.
  • Govern interface design, error handling, monitoring, and reprocessing so that integration failures are detected and resolved before they reach the business.
  • Rationalize point to point interfaces and legacy middleware, reducing the integration footprint while improving throughput and reliability.
  • Ensure secure data exchange with customers, distributors, contract manufacturers, and service partners.

Custom & Bespoke Application Engineering

  • Own the bespoke application portfolio, including purpose built business applications, workflow tools, portals, and automation that have no commercial off the shelf equivalent.
  • Apply a disciplined build versus buy versus configure decision framework, defending custom development only where it creates differentiated business value.
  • Establish modern engineering practice across the tower, including source control standards, continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, code review, and environment management.
  • Drive continuous rationalization of the custom estate, retiring redundant and end of life applications and converting recurring bespoke requests into repeatable, catalogued services with defined service levels.
  • Evaluate and responsibly adopt low code, workflow automation, and applied artificial intelligence capability to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.

Platform Operations, Security & Architecture

  • Ensure the stability, security, performance, availability, and scalability of all cloud and custom applications and their connected systems.

  • Govern data privacy and protection obligations across customer facing platforms, including consent management and regional data residency requirements.

Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary executive authority and trusted advisor to senior Sales, Marketing, Digital, Product, and Legal leaders on cloud application capability and digital strategy.
  • Establish executive governance boards and act as the principal point of escalation for high priority initiatives and operational risks across the portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical roadmaps, enterprise risks, and digital transformation outcomes to non technical executive stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and a prioritized, transparent demand pipeline.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and support models.

Strategic Planning & Innovation

  • Formulate and execute the multi year global cloud and custom application strategy aligned directly with enterprise business growth and digital transformation goals.
