About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword - it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are seeking a strategic and high-impact Director of Performance Analytics to lead how data defines, measures, and scales the impact of global sales enablement. Partnering closely with the head of Enablement Strategy, you will translate the performance analytics strategy into an executable roadmap, owning delivery of our measurement ecosystem and working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional data and engineering teams to build and scale an AI-enabled measurement approach globally.
What You’ll Be Doing & Why It Matters
- Strategic Functional Leadership: Translate the Performance Analytics strategy into a prioritized, fiscal-year roadmap, and build and run the function as a Center of Excellence (CoE) for data-driven decision-making.
- Unified Measurement Framework: Lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing governance of a single, globally recognized framework to measure enablement effectiveness, in partnership with Enablement Strategy leadership who set the overall direction.
- AI-Enabled Measurement: Run pilots of AI-driven assessments and agentic interactions to validate seller skills and behaviors, and turn the learnings into repeatable measurement practices.
- Delivery of Strategic Initiatives: Own the build, launch, and iteration of the ‘AE Readiness Index’ across the Operating Units (OUs), providing a 360-degree view of seller preparedness and reporting progress and risks to senior leadership.
- Operational Decision Intelligence: Embed success metrics into the enablement operating model so planning and execution cycles are informed by predictive insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with data, technology, and business user teams to deliver the development roadmap, and launch and iterate AI-powered measurement solutions.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Measure What Matters: Deliver a holistic view of readiness that encompasses skills, performance, and impact, ensuring actionable insights for both sellers and senior leaders.
- Drive Alignment: Lead the working cadence of a cross-functional community of practice across Sales Strategy, Technology, and Enablement so the performance roadmap stays aligned with enterprise goals and escalate cross-team trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Lead the Team: Build, coach, and develop a team of analytics and measurement professionals, setting clear priorities and quality standards for their work.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in business or technology consulting with a proven track record of delivering large-scale performance and analytics initiatives.
- Mindset: A decisive, action-oriented leader with the intellectual curiosity to continuously evolve the performance and analytics function.
- Data Fluency & Analytical Interpretation: Advanced proficiency in leveraging industry-standard analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate large datasets.
- Strategic Communication: Proven ability to translate complex analytical models into clear narratives and “Executive Packs” for senior stakeholders.
- Influence & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence resources without direct reporting lines and navigate a complex global organization.
