This individual will lead the practices, frameworks, and cultural transformation that ensure software across Digital Enterprise Transformation is production-ready, reliable, and high-quality. This leader will define and enforce standards of engineering excellence spanning testing, observability, deployment, and resilience that enable teams to deliver with confidence at enterprise scale.The role will partner across engineering, product, and platform teams to build modern delivery pipelines, readiness frameworks, and governance models that balance speed and quality.
