What Your Day Looks Like

• Work an assigned territory in the greater Aurora, visiting local businesses in person
• Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy while locking in fixed energy rates with Constellation Energy for both electric and natural gas utilities
• Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business
• Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager

What You Need

• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
• 18 years or older, able to work full-time in the Aurora and surrounding area
• No sales experience needed - our paid training program teaches you the rest
