Original job description
Directly responsible for the daily operation and management of Rainbow Environmental Services; to include work order completion, contract procurement and negotiation, interoffice mail and inventory delivery, vending services, property management, and environmental services.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum two to three years supervisory experience
- Minimum one year sales experience.
- Strong Clinical Skills
- Strong Supervisory Skills
- Strong Problem solving/conflict resolution skills
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
- Understanding of Construction processes and maintenance work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Education Requirements: High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor degree preferred; Professional Licensure preferred
Valid driver’s license in good standing;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation/medical records database required.
