Develop and maintain planning baselines to support program execution and technical decision-making.
Lead the creation and management of integration schedules, migration plans, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with program objectives and client needs.
Interact frequently with internal and external senior management and customer representatives regarding projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and contractual matters.
Work closely and effectively with the Architecture Lead to identify, test, and implement technical solutions.
Directly manage and mentor subordinate engineers and experienced specialist staff who operate with significant latitude and independence.
Collaborate with senior management to review operational outcomes and ensure organizational objectives are being met.
Establish and enforce operating policies and procedures that govern departmental and cross-functional work units.
Interpret and apply government-wide policies and procedures to ensure consistent, compliant operations.
