Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for: electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, structural building components and utility infrastructure
Support lifecycle planning and asset management initiatives.
Manage facility and infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle, including requirements development, planning and programming, scope definition, design review, construction oversight, testing and commissioning, and project closeout
Develop project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Serve as the primary liaison among Government representatives, facility occupants, O&M personnel, architects, engineers, utility providers, and construction contractors.
Translate customer requirements into actionable maintenance and project solutions.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and facility records.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, policies, and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
10 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure operations, construction management, or related disciplines. Note: Additional years’ professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Experience managing facility maintenance and repair activities in secure or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of commercial and institutional building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and utility infrastructure.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractor teams simultaneously.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications
